Capital Classics had them for a '67(67 shelby scoop on a standard 67 hood); They were toying with some molds to make their own for a while as well - might be worth a shot.... 02 61617669

G'day...a mate got one with a fastback that he bought in a short time ago. He is in Brisbane & I have emailed him about this thread if he is interested in parting with it.
I have seen it & it is in good shape.
Some hope there perhaps.:(

Look at your car. Now back to mine. Now back to yours. Now back to mine. Sadly, yours isn't mine. But if you stopped buying dodgy cars and bought an 67, yours could be like mine. Look down. Back up. I spoke to him a few months ago and he had a mould for original style 66 gt or eleanor style for a 66.
I ended up buying just a 67 GT style scoop from national parts depot.
The panel beater is going to step it into the original steel bonnet

Do not worry too much as they have been scoops on Mustangs for over 40 years & not much damage is done.

So thats why the worry about the rain, Victoria.... still not used to the weather back here. I lived in California for 11 years & basically from May until November it does not rain, actually rarely a cloud in the sky.

That is the issue of a scoop, yes it gets the air, but also everything else that comes with it.

Get a quote from a local parts supplier and see if they can bring it in with their next container...  even if they only ship it, should be able to do better than the $680
