Today, working on the fastback

Interior is coming out for repainting preparation.
Wheel centres are being stripped back for painting.

Got me thinking - lets see Australia Wide how many of us worked on our mustangs today. What did you do?

Yeah Thirsty, polishing the foxtails and shampooing the sunvisors. After that I will put some air in the radiator and fill up the tyres. Also will check the washer level in the battery and wax the tail pipes. Better go out and get stuck into it !:(:+:+:+

Ha... Great thread Thirsty.

Didn't work on the 65 as I'm in the wrong country but will be touching up parts of the paintwork on the GT (Has a shaker, 351 4v, top loader much like a 69:( so I guess it can kinda fit in this thread)

Getting it ready for it's big ride across the pond back to Aus.

Probably vacuum out and polish the old girl in the morning.

Then check the Mustang fluids. :w

Isn't it great to be on holidays. ;+;+;2

mach70, try putting some glad wrap over the paint stripper when you put it on. Leave it for around 30 mins before peeling off.

Have heard it works... going to try it on mine over the next couple of days.

I went to the supermarket to buy a 300m roll of glad wrap to start paint stripping.

Can't wait for that.... :_
