i had central locking and a full alarm/immobilizer put in it last weekend and he also tidied up some of the wires for me for the stereo.

we got her started every time now but we mite just pull the motor out and rebuild it perfect so i know when i drive it down the road i have confidence that she won't constantly be breaking down or wont have any problems.

That way i can also tidy up the engine bay and re-paint it a nice black.

I have a new glove box coming from the states and also a bracket that holds 2 little speakers where the usual dash speaker sits.

Once their here i'll chuck the dash pad back on and that's the entire pretty much done.

So it may be a month or two till she's on the road but i rekon it will be worth the wait, especially to make it a reliable car!

Hows your car going??

Another Shire Muzzy!
Dont feel too bad at 18 having a muzzy i had my first at 23 and didnt the Cronulla cops love me!
Every saturday night i got the blow in the bag / is this your car treatment.
My mum even got grilled one day when i lent her the car, asking why was she driving my car and who was she?
Good to see the police being proactive when the known owner wasnt driving.:*

Good to see you are making progress.

Mine is OK. It wont rev past 4k but other than that it is still going :(

Once James moves to the Shire, we should start having a regular Shire meet............Any suggestion for locations?
