New limbs & joints, springs & Koni shocks....now complete & wheel alignment tomorrow. Also whilst on the hoist, C4 o/haul (leak), had extractors ceramic coated, rear main crankshaft seal replaced, new engine & tranny mounts, tranny oil cooler lines replaced, all reinstalled old parts painted, under guards painted.
My 2 sons opened a workshop early October, "Corey and Troy's Garage" @ Kingsgrove, so I wanted to be one of their first customers, PAYING customer I might add, but all to get them on their way.

Hey Gary, the undercarriage is looking great. Well done. Good to know your boys are up and running. Might need to pay them a visit one day.

Took the 68 coupe up to Steve at Kar Kraft for its annual inspection and pink slip. Passed with flying colours and ready for another 12 months happy motoring.

Hahaha...already picked up by one of my tradesmen when I was 2nd yr snork 1971....artwork done by my step daughters partner, FOC, mistake missed by the printer, my son & me.... we have been quoted "big bucks" for building signage from company next door, upto $8k, my son wants to see what his future brother-in-law comes up with, I'll get the photoshop image & send to you, I'm keeping you in mind & have mentioned to my son. All very busy ATM & gr8 to see so signage is not major concern.
Thanks Greg

(Last night) got the Mustang out and drove around town with friends in classics & hot rods checking out the Christmas lights.  Plenty of kids impressed with the cool cars driving around.  I'm sure we found the Griswalds house   The houses either side didn't need any lights on inside because of this place.

Installed a new Sony head unit and Kenwood 6x9 speakers in the rear. Sounds good as it is but will put front speakers in before too long.

Took her in to have a cracked engine mount replaced (and the other one at the same time just to be sure), then enjoyed the 8.5km walk home!

Recently had a few intermittent issues with the `65 ignition. Starter solenoid staying powered once motor started and also motor not shutting down through the key.
Replaced what looked like the original ignition switch today with the youtube clip being very helpful.
Also did an oil and filter change  :thumb:

Today I have been busy..
I removed the front seats, dash trim, instrument cluster, radio, glove box, steering wheel, and stripped down the driver's door so that I can repaint the dashboard and inside of the door.

I also started sanding the inside of the driver's door and masking up the rest of the interior so I can sand, prime and paint it all.

I will post some before / after photos when I've finished painting, in the mean time here are a couple as it sits now..

Pics to come soon....

You have to be carful not to loose the grain on the doors, if it hasn't got a heap of paint on it the best way is thinners and a scotch brite. Sanding leaves the old paint in the grain.
