Hi Guys
Heather and I are interested in going for a bit of a drive on Saturday after the wedding duties are complete- let me know.
Bas, did you check where the reception is being held? We could meet you there and go where-ever. The Rodburger (?) caravan has developed a pretty awesome reputation but expect a wait.
Shouldn't be an issue as it will give us a chance to admire the cars and parking is easy.

Wedding details are:

Pick up from 330pm at the Old Parliament House in Barton. Till roughly 6-630pm at Rydges lakeside in the city.

I am going down on Saturday & to the Dawn Sevice on Sunday. Definatly keen to hook up for dinner at the burger joint & put faces to user names.

boys another bbq spot would be Casuarina Sands, nice cruise out there and a bit closer in, good facility's out the now. Another location is Black Mountain Peninsula. Good safe spot to park the Stangs and a good play ground for kids. Just a couple of idea's

sorry to have missed it, had a quick trip to sydney which turned into a saga, then on the way back stopped off at the ranch for a cup of tea and caught up with ozbilt and then we went onto jbb to get some gear he had for me.
Made a bad day into a good afternoon/evening.

Was great seeing Bas's eleanor! Sad I couldn't see them in the sun today but unfortunately my attempts to better myself at uni require me to study every now and then :-

What a great weekend! It was great to meet up with the Can-berra crew and sharing amazing burgers, chatting under cover in the rain and followed by an even better day on Sunday!
Canberra is truely a beautiful place, pity there's so many round-a-bouts :*

Wedding went really well, the bride seemed more excited about the cars than the groom.....lol

I know the place doesn't look like much......but those burgers were sure worth the wait!
Can't say I've had a nicer burger in Sydney ;)

I'll try to get some of the wedding photos up....but it'll have to wait until the bride and groom return from their honeymoon.:f
