Floor pan of a 69 vs 65 Mustang

I want to fit a T56 Magnum 6spd box into my 65 Fastback.
I spoke to MAL WOOD AUTOMOTIVE and he said they fit the T56 with no mods to the tunnel or floor of the 69 Mustangs. They dont know if the tunnel section is the same in the 65's.
So does any one know if they are the same or not? As we all know the over all size of the Mustangs are not the same with the 65-66 to the 67-68 to the 69-70's

Dimensionally the same. Different ribbing, tunnel was the same 65-69, changed for the 70 model.

Yup - '70 tunnel is wider than previous years due to Hurst shifter...
