I think he told a lie on the first episode on the coup that was gonna get crushed. Dont A-codes only come with 4bbl? If they do come in 2bbl how would he no if it had no engine?

Memory Lane had moved to Wilmington, near LongBeach CA. I had heard that some Swedes? had bought it & most of the parts were heading that way (could be wrong on that one). I do know a lot of people that were pissed at the closure. It went to an Ecology yard, hope it had nothing to do with that name as they are gone now also. The US EPA is bringing in a new law that only "clean" deisel trucks can be on the road & all older than a certain year will be crushed. Ecology had a fleet of semi trailers that did not comply & it would have cost millions to replace, so in a matter of weeks all cars at the yards were crushed & sold for scrap & properties sold. I will find out if Memory Lane went that way as well.

I have seen probably a dozen big yards close in Nor Cal in the last 4 months. Lot of good cars have dissappeared.

Watch this space.

Yes so true. I imagine you would be suitably impressed to recieve a nice Daewoo instead... :(
