66' bodykits??
« on: January 21, 2010, 06:33:20 pm »
hey guys
im new to the mustang addiction/obsession and Iv only recently joined the dream of owning my very own Mustang :a

its an "A" code 1966 fastback and i got it ridiculously cheap :)
i love the look of the original body but i was googling other 66' FB's i found some with the E2 Fastback Body Kit offed by "Mustang Depot". and they didn't look to bad *looks at example picture* ;x

question here is, has anyone gotten this kinda thing for their stang or is it considered blasphemy to make a 66' FB to look like an Eleanor? lol

personally... i think it look awesome

heres the example pic of the 66' FB with the bodykit on:

Well done ! looks a great buy.
Go for it , even i am having more thoughts about body mods now. Thats the problem when your build takes a long time , got more time to think of mods . ;}
Check out my build and you will soon feel at ease about doing something different to your FB.

Cool, it's wearing a Cowl Cover too, so the owner was paying attention to rust issues there, so maybe the cowls are in good nick.

Nice car, and nice body kit. Do what you like, it's your car. I think the kit looks great, remebmber, you can paint it any colour you like, doesn't have to be the eleanor colours, so you can differentiate it if you want.
