The WA guys seem to have a good thread going, on Mustangs spotted on the road, so I thought I'd start one for us Vic boys & girls.

Saw today, on the way back from swimming in Cranbourne, a 65/66 convertible on a trailer, bodywork done, new rear quarters, was Maroon, towed by a blue BA "Becks"
Follwed a few car lengths back by a white 67/68 coupe. Personalised plates, I thought it was IGALOP, but he is online when I got home!

Then I got home, and saw mine sitting in the driveway, but it doesn't count, because it is 6 feet away from the road!

Nice blue Mach 1 in Fitzroy Street St Kilda early arvo today - turned left out of Canterbury Road.

Lovely black 65/66 Fastback in Stud Road Rowville yesterday about lunchtime, heading south towards Dandenong.

A stunning black 67/68 vert travelling south in Clyde Road Berwick early last week with MYTMUZ plates.

And expect to be seeing more soon of the immaculate white 67 LHD GT vert of new neighbour Sam N.

On weekends we see many Mustangs cruising along the beach from Port Melbourne to St Kilda.

Almost more common than backsides around here on nice sunny days. ;{

There were a few at Calder:

ours with the single turbo 331
a 2003 pro Streeter with twin turbo (didn't see the motor)
a 2000 Pro Streeter with twin turbo 330ci Chev (quickest of the day)
a 1993 Pro Streeter with twin turbo big block ford (Big Bucks spent here folks, bought the car for 80k US, spent another $100k here!)

and a lovely 66 coupe, black, red interior, with a small block ford running high 10's, on styled steel wheels!

i seen a elanor clone at r&e auto parts in cranbourne, im sure the plates were ELANOR or ELENOR
Look at your car. Now back to mine. Now back to yours. Now back to mine. Sadly, yours isn't mine. But if you stopped buying dodgy cars and bought an 67, yours could be like mine. Look down. Back up. Where are you? ...You're on MOCA, reading the signature your signature could be like! Anything is possible when your car looks like my car...................

Would have been ELANAW I think, Black with Silver stripes? It used to have a Blown motor in it, now it is aspirated, and makes more power! Dandy Engines built it.

Nearlly had to pull over and compose myself with this one.

70 Mach 1 Cobra Jet 428, Silvery/Green colour. (Same one at Diamond Creek Vlado)

Right near Doncaster Shopping centre. I was driving my sisterinlaws Toyota Echo at the time as we had her littly with us in the car seat. I ducked under the steering wheel when he drove past.:+

While helping dismantle "Walk Through Bethlehem" on high st Thornbury
A nice green 69 coupe
Soon after a even nicer black 69 vert.
Hey Thirsty I do believe the Mach 1 you saw was a 428 and not 248.
Also regarding your stubby holder. Thirsty 390 WILL FIT....

No need to thank me mate. My pleasure. Should be ready in @ 2-3 weeks.
The black 69 vert. I saw today looked very similar to oggy. In one of the previous post.
I actually heard it before I saw it.

Million to one odds I reckon on this one.

Just fuelled at the BP near the St Kilda Marina yesterday arvo when I spot a long low flash of red.

In comes an identical Candyapple Red 66 vert, top down, with the same occupants.......one male, one female and one pooch in the back. Even had the same wire wheel hubcaps. Only difference was his was LHD.

Unbelievable.

Corner of White Street and Boundary Road Breaside - Black 67 vert, lowered, centrelines. Number plate was someone's 67. Can't remember the name.
Looked like it meant business.

Nice RHD red coupe in Bacchus Marsh today. Looked very clean and sounded superb, was also a 40 degree day so kudos to those who are out in the heat.
