Flex plate and heads questions

Hi All,
I'm in the middle of rebuilding my 289 and need to know before I get the bottom end balanced if a 157 tooth flex plate off a 351 Clevo can fit on my 6 bolt 289??
Are all 1966 heads with an oval push rod hole Hi po heads?

Clevo should be 164 tooth flex plate, IIRC.
