As posted on another thread, I got the coupe to the muster (yipee!)
Still a bit of finishing work to do but thought I would post a couple of update pics for those that didnt atend the muster.

Got a short vid of the beast taking its first breaths as well.
Might have a crack at posting that tomorrow.
Cheers

Thats one sexy beast, the dash looks tops & the engine bay looks very clean. Have you got the A/C hooked up? I couldnt see the pipes anywhere.

Looked great in the flesh.

Sounds nice to top it off.

I assumed this was correct but was yet to find out until Sunday = A mustang is heavy when trying to pick it up from the rear bumper!! :w

5 blokes pushing and pulling that car and that strap still held! Quality craftmanship :(

You do know this is most likely etched in stone now!! I am laughing as I am writing this post - the memories - Geoff said - "Are you sure there is nothing tied to the front still?" (after straining and straining) - "no" was the answer.
After another 10 minutes, the mystery strapp presented itself  - pure gold. :w

But well worth the laugh and effort to see that car come out on display.

Thanks guys.
I am happy with the result.
It's one of the wierdest things when you spend three years putting it all together and then actualy get to the end!
I had that warm fuzzy feeling after the roundup.
A lot of people commented that they loved the colour.
My wife picked that blue and I kinda felt that she was up there smiling a little (and saying I told you so!).
67 Coupe, yeah its a B&M.
Steve, the air is one of the jobs left to do. I used an "Old Air" system and still need to hook it up.
And to all those that got a laugh from the "hidden" tie down strap, I am glad that I could bring some comic relief to your day:w:w:w!
It was around midnight when we put her in to my mates trailer, after working since seven in the morning on her.
I distinctly remember him saying "sorry mate, I only have three tie down straps".
Obviously I was inside getting another round of Jimmys when he found a fourth strap!!
Ah. you gotta be able to have a laugh, right?
