Hey Herman, :] good to see your heading in  the concours direction. welcome in mate.:+   With that carbie, you need a C6--- part number Autolite 4100 carbie, and the date code will have to match you cars built date:mad:. Good luck finding one.;)
regards Mustang Kid.:} let me know how you go.

correct 1966 musatng gt carby for 4 speed manual is a c6zf-a or a c6zf-d, depending on emmsion controls.  but it also depends on built dates of car and engine as there was a large carry over time between the 65 and 66 production year when 65 items were used on 66 cars and 66 items were used on 65 mustangs.
if you would like further infromation on the exact carby for your application drop me and email or call on 0412 455049 as i have many in stock at present both in restored, unrestored and new old stock condition.

best of luck
PHILL

I'll buy your current carbie Herman, then you can afford to get your concours one. I'll give you 150.00 bucks. See you at the meeting tonight.
