ANGZ66, only saw you driving out at the end of the show. Hope you enjoyed it. Your car looks the part, well done.

Over 380 Mustangs on display was a sight to behold at Dandenong Showgrounds today.
It was great to see a few newer cars made the effort to get there and hear about a few others undergoing transformation for the future.
Thanks to all the organisers. I was only too pleased to lend a bit of a hand trying to find room for all those magnificent Mustangs to park and display.

Hey stef your stand looked good mate, hope u sold plenty.

I have taken a bit of a backward step so speak as been dealing with some personal issues, hopefully things will be back to normal in the coming months, was good to see the mottle crew.

Fantastic weather, Great cars (380?), Good people to chat to made for a memorable day.

Couple of cars out of left field were

* a streched Mustang limo
* a Mustang ute
* a mustang trailer (very clever original idea)

Yes, some very nice custom jobbies there today. Our Mustang community should be proud of such a terrific State Roundup. Nearly 400 Ponies at one venue is an amazing sight.

An Awsome Day.

So many examples of some real mustang enthusiasts. The care we all went to, to make our cars look they way they did, its a credit to us all. A pleasure to be part of.

Great to speak to the regulars again, whom I catch up with at most meets. Bunch of legendary blokes.

The lunch time rev up was a major event. I checked those either side of me and everyone's eyes glowed with "the little kid coming out of them". What bloody great idea.

Steph (and family) - A great set up. Hope the business sold well, and all the best for your future prospects.

Thanks John & Rob, we did try and make it look good. It was our first shot, I need another table, tie downs for the shelter, and a bit more time to prepare. We did sell a little, but I was really only trying to hand out some cards, and showcase some "Left of Field" stuff.
I was rapt with the reception we recieved, and can't wait until our advertising starts running in Performance Ford magazine, and our NEW (again!) site is built. It is a full on, US made site, should be pretty comprehensive.

Thanks again guys. Was great to meet Ash & Mandy too, great people, makes us glad we get to help in our small way, with their project.

dad and i had a ball and certainly left with plenty of inspiration to add a mustang to the garage!

standout for me was the yellow Boss 302 - amazing note as it chugged and gurgled its way along the carpark...just wow

Top day had and managed to absorb the best of the weather. Spectacular turn out of some immaculately prepared vehicles.

Great catching up with the usual suspects and even got to meet a couple of members that I could only identify with through the forum posts i.e. Tim and Steph prior to today.

Congrats on the stand Steph. Hope u made a whack of sales and the business and your family continue to prosper as a result. For a first go at it mate u were well prepped.

Well done organisers and a special thanks to the boyz who rocked up early to assist with parking i.e. Igalop, Thirsty390 and Caretaker 65 and a wealth of others.

Great DAy:(
Really enjoyed my first mustang roundup.
All the late nights and skun knuckles were were worth it.
Had lots of positive comments about "Sam".
Couldnt believe the number of cars that showeed up!!
The quality of the workmanship on a lot of the cars knocked me out.
Be they show quality, daily drivers or (dare I say) rat stangs, they were all great.
Caught up with some of the regulars and met lots of new stangnuts as well.
Thanks to all for the help extracting a Quart car from a pint trailer!!
(yep, I was the tosser trying to drive it out with a tie down still attached!!)

Well done everyone, you cannot have a successful event on that scale without a large and committed team. No one whinged, no one complained, everyone got on with the job without argument when asked, and it all came together.......................................and how! Thank you to all who handled even the smallest of tasks, you can all be proud of yourselves and your cars. There are too many of you to thank induvidually, but you all know who you are. I have had several media enquiries this morning asking when and where our next show will be, and one caller commented that he had not seen such a professionally run, club organised show in many years. The venue operators think we are fantastic. Final number of Mustangs to enter the display area was 387 cars and not one burn out on the playing surface, no rubbish left behind, no poor behavior.
Not bad for a bunch of knucklehead Mustang owners, huh?
You are all a credit to your club and yourselves.

Sounds like a good muster was had by all. My car never got the all clear from customs so was locked up getting her bottom bathed. All being well I will have her by the end of the day.
