G'day everyone, just a few reminders for those who will be attending this Sunday's Mustang Round Up.
All Mustangs and owners are welcome and anyone arriving in a Mustang gets in for free. The show is open to the public from 10.00am and entry is $5.00 for non members over 15 yrs. If you are not bringing your Mustang please have your current 2009/10 members lanyard with you as proof of membership.
Please have your Mustangs in the display area prior to 10.00am. This year we are asking you to keep your mustang on display until 2.30pm.
If you have entered or, are going to enter Show Class Judging please have your car in the display area by 9.30am. If you have pre entered you will still have to register in the registration room BEFORE 10.00am. If you are entering on the day please do so in the registration room BEFORE 10.00am.
NO ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED OR REGISTERED AFTER 10.00am.
If you have entered one of the Concours Classes please have your car in the judging area and have your entry registered prior to 9.00am
You must be a finincial member of MOCA Vic to be eligible for entry to all judged classes.
If you are coming along and can spare us an hour or 2 of your time to help with parking, merchandise sales or general crowd control, we would greatly appreciate it. Please see myself (Pete), Rowdie or Herman (Adam) on the morning and we will gladly give you something to do, even if it's for an hour, it all helps. Any questions please don't hesitate to ask,

Hi Pete,
At the last meeting, I put my name down to help with the car parking/postioning in the morning. What time do you us "car parking attendant helpers" to rock up?

Hi Thirsty

We need "car parking attendant helpers" pretty much allday however from 8am should would be awesome as the cars start coming in from then. I am normally there by then.

G'day Jeff, will advise the Saturday morning marking out time late tonight (Wednesday) or tomorrow morning. At a guess I would assume we will be there from around 10.30am, but I still need to confirm when I can pick up keys etc. etc.

Pete, will try to get there on Sat for marking out and early on Sunday for assistance as well.
Its dependent on a family illness though.

More the hands makes it easier for you guys to attend to other tasks.

G'day all, for those who wish to help with the marking out on Saturday, we will be there at 10.30am. Please report to "HE WHO SHALL BE OBEYED AT ALL TIMES" (otherwise known as Rowdie). If we have a few blokes, it shouldn't take much more than an hour or so to mark out, plus an hour or so of clowning around and insulting each other. Cheers Pete

I'm parked in the showgrounds at the moment, and it's looking pretty mushy underfoot.
Hopefully the weather clears up a lot, so the ground can dry out.

Should be there at 8.15 - 8.30.

a 65 and a 68 - Should of posted this earlier - need a 66, 67, 69 and 70 make it a six pack ride.
