heater delete option

Does anyone have any information regarding the heater delete option available for 66?
chasing information about which items are deleted. Is it the entire lot, fan/motor and the whole heater box assembly? or just the heater core?
If the whole lot is deleted, what blanks the firewall holes for the fan motor and heater hoses, or do they just not stamp out the holes from the factory.
Any info appreciated

Well Im not sure of whats the NORM here! But I drilled the rivets that hold the heater box to the motor and put the heater motor back in its original spot. That way I have vetilation to the windscreen at least. But why do you want to remove the heater box?
