1966 GT coupe. candy apple red. 3 speed manual with manual steer. 109000 miles. 2 owner then me.
Found via the lovely ebay, bought via Phone.
so so happy when it got here, then I washed it. It was about this time that I wondered how I was going to explain to my lovely wife that the spending was not over.
The cowl vents had not been looked after and a [Censored] repair job had already been done.
Any way total refurb and 13 months (instead of the promised 6) later and it is now in the shed and is registered. First drive to Halls Gap (120 miles return) last weekend and I could not have been happier.
Still got a few things to sort out like, the rest of the underdash A/C, exhaust trumpets and headers. but all of these things are things that can be done at home and I can have the pleasure of doing them.

Looks like a balltearer Spud. ;2
Enjoy those roads out around the Grampians, but make sure you dodge the roos, and not too many gargles at the wineries. :2

Thanks everyone.
Yes it only gets better from here. :f
Am going to have to do something about the rear wheel set up after looking at the photo though.
I didnt realize how much spare room there was under there.

Took the Muzzie and Family for a trip to SA last weekend. Over to Murray Bridge then down to Victor Harbor on Sunday( Raining). Saw 5 or 6 SA muzzies enjoying the day too.
Then Home again. didnt miss a beat except for a leak in the windscreen! Ran it with 98 fuel and got an average of 25.16 MPG. :p Very happy with that.. 4 people and a bootful of gear. Not bad for an old girl I thought.
