Hi Folks
Im just testing the water with an idea, is anyone interested in coming to a Skid Pan day at Eastern creek racetrack!
The cost is $2700 for up to 20 people, thats $135 each, its on the skid pan and includes an instructor if required, post your concerns here,
No you dont have to race your car, its on a polished wet skid curcuit and even the mrs can participate. Theres nothing to run into and the speed is controled. It would be a great driving aid and lets you test your skills.

At this point Im not sure, I would like to see how many folks are interested, Then I will start to look at dates, I know it wont suit everyones calender but I think we would have to book further in advance for a weekend than a week day.

We will lobby the club to santion this event and that way if any club rego folk wanna come along it will be OK.

Tell your freinds we need numbers but they will be limited to minimun 16 @$169  maximum 20 @ $135,
The track is $2700 approx and they dont care if we only have 1 car its still $2700.

I would be the first one there Hev if I lived a little closer. I have always wanted to get on a skid pan. It would be fantastic. Drive the stang like it was meant to be driven and learn some car control at the same time.

Hev I wish I was down your way that sounds great.  I remember doing the skid pan during the police academy it is friggin awesome.  Guys you don't have to get much speed up and u can slide right around the track doing fiqure 8's etc.  Good luck with getting numbers Hev.

Well hev you know im coming , so thats 1 from here, i'm sending a cheque today to AMCCA , its a shame we don't have many mustang thrill seekers in sydney , the mexicans the bannana benders and the boys from the west seem to be right in it when it comes to having fun ,

So dave looks like you won't be doing any house duties eg lawn mowing, etc ,  im sure your 16 year old will be volunteering to do all those duties :+ untill the 22nov and then its back to reality :+

So Sunday 22nd November it is....  I'm keen!

Will need to put in for leave and source some accommodation closer to the event.

Any car welcome Hev??  Not sure if my coupe will be available, as it is currently for sale.

Sorry Christ, If you dont have your money in by last Thursday You have missed out......You should have sent all the money to watsamanob and all would have been OK, When these things are organized you cant sit on your hands you know, You say you love driving your mustang so you should have been PRO Active.
