Sorry guys, the U2U's were cleaned out by a maintenance procedure, unfortunately the U2U's cannot be pruned they can only be flushed.

The U2U's were never meant to be a storage of important information and the database of U2U's was getting too large.

I can restore the old U2U's from a backup so that you can retrieve any important data that was there, but after 1 week maintenance will have to flush them.

btw, if I do restore from a backup all U2U's from the last 2 days will be lost.

Let me know if you want them restored.

You only need two tools in life - WD-40 and Duct Tape. If it doesn't move and should, use the WD-40. If it shouldn't move and does, use the Duct Tape.

I am pretty sure that if members were informed BEFORE you deleted them they would take steps to save the information they need...:*

Mines gone as well.  I'm sure if you want what you had, just ask PeterP.

Maybe in the furture if it was advetised that a cleanout was going to happen, then we could clean up before hand?

All old U2U's have been restored.

Please don't rely on this section for important data as they cannot be pruned and after 3 years of accumulation flushing is neccessary because most members have not deleted U2U's that have been read and no longer required.

At this point the forum has over 10 megabyte of U2U's, so unfortunately on the 1st of may we will have to flush them the impose a limit of 30 U2U's per user.
