pillar rust!

G'day fellas, I've been eyeballing a 69 fastback for some time now, and have just found out that there's a bit of rust in one of the pillars (c pillar? - the back one). Anyway, just wondering if anyone's had a crack at repairing such a thing before and how much it cost? It's only a fairly small patch maybe a couple inches in diameter. anyway, would a donor be needed or will a decent panel beater be able to just weld something in? Sorry, I'm a little ignorant of rust repairs having never owned a classic car before. Cheers! :2

As you are in the ACT, have a chat to Tony out at Classic Car Creations in Hume; he's done quite a few mustangs and should be able to point you in the right direction.
