Interesting you say that....
   I have a genuine 65 GT F/Back  K-code in shop...   The data plate is exactly the above...Emberglow/parchment/pony.....the owner is going  Wimbledon white/red/Pony.

Red in white!  YUK!!!  emberglow is nicely set by parchment i reckon...but convincing him.......

I'm with you guys ... a nice emberglow paint job complimented with parchment trim catches my eye. I believ emberglow was only used for 1 year? I would have thought changing the colour on a "K" code would devalue the gem? Would certainly take away a major part if its originality?

my 66 coupe was emberglo with the parchment deluxe interior with emberglo appointments, but could not convince anyone in the family to like it. So, the resto saw it go candy apple red with all black deluxe interior. I am happy with it, but still occasionally wonder should I have stuck with original scheme      Ah, who knows......
