Thoses smog pumps are every easy to rebuild.
Just unbolt the unit and you'll find inside a small veine rotor. Remove it and replace the bearings on both side of the veine and clean and lubricte the rotor and small vines and reassemble unit. Thats it, very easy unit to restore. Hope that helps abit.:(
