As Jase says, the shops are insurance focussed and they too are having trouble getting and keeping good staff.

Have you considered running an add in the Quokka or similar looking for a retired or semi retired bloke who likes to do a bit from home? It may take longer (Idoubt it though) and will probably be cheaper due to little or no overheads.

What sort of work were you looking at Pala?
cheers

No sorry mate, swapped it for a 67 hood.
For a 66 I only have a hood, grill, starter motor, LHD black vert carpet and a few trinkets, all used and a set of tailight bezels and a couple of rubber bits new.
cheers.

Probably a little more with the exchange rate. From NPD it would cost about A$190 plus freight to Aust.
Cant find the receipt for it ATM.

Draw up a shopping list and send it to a couple of local suppliers, a couple on the east coast and a couple in the US.
I use http://www.npdlink.com/ in the US.
Wayne over here and Capital Classics and East coast over east.
cheers
