Hi, recently i bought a 66 coupe, it has a later model steering wheel on it.
I have just bought a 66 (repro) wheel for it and cant seem to get the wheel to go on up to the honey pot, seems to be around 1/2 inch short and not reaching horn contacts.
Nut very tight!
Also bought a horn ring on ebay and when received noticed for generator, is it only a matter of buying a 65-66 horn contact kit for alternator model?
At my wits end would appeciate any advise!!
