Your opinions please.

Folks I am considering a combined car club cruise to a "Makers Mart" in a country location.
The market would be high quality, local (WA), furniture and giftware. The type of gear generally only sold in galleries.
Some examples would be jewellery, lampshades, glassware, boxes, small furniture item and corporate giftware. Prices in the range of $15 - $5000.
Hopefully we could get together a number of clubs which would give a variety of marques to look over, spend a few pennies on goods we wouldnt normally get the opportunity to see and help a few struggling artist and a small country town's economy at the same time.
I will post pics a few examples tononight.

I was thinking of Dwellingup as I know a few local artists and makers, there is also the "School of wood" which is well worth a visit and it is a great drive and the town has hosted a couple of other car displays in the past.

Craig, I'm sure we can can to some arrangment for the charity of choice.

Dwellingup is a great choice for a cruise - very scenic.

I would attend but only in the terra - still no action on the muzzy front.

Basically Nothing - I decided to try my hand at Higher education , which has consumed a lot of my free time. Add to that low resources due to no job and you have slow going on the Muzzy front.

But I am getting it ready intime for the roundup -

Nassi, have you a date in mind yet?
I have some notes on a planned cruise to Dwellingup that never got of the ground due to conflicting events. You're welcome to them if it fits with your idea.

Rob, I was thinking around October/November. That gives the makers time to be creative, hopefully the weather is good and its before the Christmas rush.
