On my dash bezels I used long nose pliers with the right size end to slip in the slots, worked really well, the right tool would be good but geez how many times would you use it? (just be carefull not to slip)
On my stainless mouldings I made my own removal tool out of a barby mate they where giving away at supercheap, cut out a wedge section on each side and left me with a thin flat bar at the bottom to slip on the clips, worked really well and had all the stainless off in a few minutes, my brothers now using the same tool on his firebird to pull his stainless off!
You can also buy the window clip tools pretty easy at parts shops.
