Performance Ford Magazine will be at the 2008 Round up on Sunday Oct 19. We are supporting the club with a trade stand which will have our new Mustang Special edition on sale as well as the current issue of Performance Ford Magazine. Back issues, binders
and subscriptions will also be available on the day.

Performance Ford Magazine will also have a photographer taking photos of the cars on show at  the event which will be featured in issue 8.11 of Performance Ford Magazine on sale November 25. We will also be scouting for feature cars for our magazines, could be your car?

If you come along on the day come up and say hello and check out our Mustang special, if you cannot make it be sure to pick up issue 8.11 at the newsagents on November 25 for a full wrap of the colour and atmosphere of the day. The Mustang Special is also now available at all good newsagents now for only $6.95.

We look forward to a great day see you there

We hope to get there for an hour or 2 early.
Unfortunately we  have to leave for a family turn. Looks like the weather gods will smile on Sunday.

As we wont be there for the duration, some pics (Ev or other photographers) would be appreciated by those who cannot get there or can't stay for long.
Hope everyone has a great day.   Johnno.

When I had to leave just after 11-am there was over 210 Mustangs in the car display area.
I would guestimate that we would have got well over 300 for the day again.
A bit p155ed off that I couldn't stay but the showers stayed away while I was there and all the Mustangs looked fantastic on display.
I have sent some early pics thru to Pete for listing so one way or another there should be some up on the website b4 too long.
Hope everyone had a great day!      Johnno.

Massive show. Arrived about 11.30 ish and was car #309, and they were still packing in.

That Boss 302 in the above pics (rego XBOSS) from Warragul ? had the best bodywork and paint job I've seen. Every  panel gap was mm perfect.

An absolutely credit to the tradesmen involved.

Ev,

Saw u walking around and planned to catch up but didn't quite get the chance.  Ah well maybe next time.  Same with u too orto.  Great numbers, well co-ordinated and just a totally inspiring day.

Well done to Vic MOCA and their members for traffic management and event co-ordination and to the local SES branches for their continued support.

Highlights of the day for me was the Eleanor, which sounded as good as it looked, the stang trailer, the stretched limo and just the amazing preparation that has gone into these vehicles.

Congrats to all concerned. :2

Congratulations to the club on a great event. The whole day was well run with great cars and a terrific atmosphere.
Performance Ford Magazine had a photographer roaming the show and will publish a full report including pics in issue 8.11. This edition will be on sale in all good newsagents on November 26.

We had a great day and will be back for next year,

Congratulations to MOCA committee for such a great day , my first to an event of only just stangs.
Johnno bummer you had to bale out so early , about 11.30 about 50 stangs turned up in one hit.
Was it my imagination or did the pre 67's out way everything other year.

Great day , can't wait the the next one.

Cheers, Geoff

Hello All

We had approx 340 cars attend including the ones in the carpark.  A Big THANK YOU to all who helped out on the day as indeed many hands do make little work.  The results for Show'n'Shine and Concours judging will be posted shortly.

Catch ya at the next one

Well done to those who took out the awards, a big effort by you all.
I would also like to say that as a whole the display was absolutely1st class.
The only way a display like this can be successful is with the input of many helpers. I'm sure the organising committee appreciate those that assisted.
Roll on Easter 09 in Ballarat.  Johnno.
