I still have the club trailer from Claytons Concours, I will take it up to the nuts and bolts day.

Do you know if anyone has put their hand up to take it back to Dandenong.

Thanks for another informative day Adam and Nez in particular. On a freezing morning the coffee was hot , the snags were cooked right and plenty of helpful discussion with other passionate owners took place. Thanks also the Steve and Angela for the use of their premises.
Quite a few Mustangs ventured out for a gallop as well!    Johnno.

Thanks for the feedback Johnno.  Yes very disappointed that I missed it as the information provided would have been invaluable.  Hope all that attended had a great day.  Those that did feel free to provide their thoughts and what they got out of the day.

Cheers.

The day started off with a general chat session over coffee outside including measuring for things like overflow tanks etc.
Groups were having little inspections of cars that were present, checking out the engines + bays, interiors, chromework, paintfinish, wheels, tyres, etc.etc.
A few sales of parts such as handles etc and plenty of interesting discussions about all things Mustang and other motor industry subjects such as drag racing and display days.
Later in the morning / lunchtime, the BBQ fired up and then we all went into Steve's Factory for an explanation of the various requirements needed to successfully show a car.
Nez was terrific in the way he went through all the little details that need to be considered with support from Phil and a couple of others.
Nez was adamant that feedback to the owner was high on his agenda from a judges viewpoint.
To be able to look underneath the black Convertible ( on the hoist ) was terrific.
Plenty of questions were answered and a few were inspired to perhaps enter their cars in a more complete manner in the future.

Thanks again to Adam, Nez, and Steve (and others) for a very informative day.
Those that couldn't make it should try to get to the next Nuts and Bolts day!

Sounds like a worthwile day. Kid sporting commitments are just chewing up my weekends.

Are there any Fact sheets or Information sheets that were produced, which may be shared to help the unfortunate ones that couldn't make it?

I agree with what Phill said that if you have any question about concours, do ask, hopefully I or we can answer your questions. My policy is if you don't ask you will not know.
