Hi Phil. I have one of these on the T5 in my '66. The outfit who makes them is in South Australia.https://cubespeed.com.au/shop/ols/products/cube-speed-short-shifter-suit-5-spd-falcon-xf-xg-xh-ea-eb-ed-ef-el-au-6-cyl-and-v8It doesn't move it back as far as the one you posted but does make an appreciable difference, and they're good value for money. The short shift mechanism itself is very well engineered. Get the bronze cup bushing they offer as well to replace the standard T5 nylon one.
The T5 has a good range of shifter positions in their extension housings normally and we at Mal Wood have done extensions as suggested above for race car apps where the driver sits further rearward for better balance --May we help?
Looking forward to the photos.
