Maybe try Dan Pitic @ Endracon.
I haven't used him personally ( as ended up getting approval from DPI to do my own engineers report
) but from all reports he is practical and easy to deal wiht.

I used Jack Apgar to engineer the one I finished off from you -
Hes since retired -
Perhaps try Southam Engineering in willeton ?
