This special ‘Stang, the one-off "Shelby Black Hornet" has recently come up for sale in the US and is listed for a whopping US$850,000 (AU$1,261,103) or best offer.

Yeah, vehicles like that are targeted at the super rich people that don't care about price or value.. Sure wish i was one of them.

...and EXACTLY like a 1968 California Special with a reproduction $1000.00 Shelby front end with $300.00 reproduction California Special fog lamps, $1000.00 reproduction rims, a $6000.00 CJ engine, and a set of $200.00 vinyl roof moldings added, and all for only $850,000.00.   :thud:

I could buy a coupe and build that exact car as a show car for a total of around $65,000.00, so maybe if someone pays their price, I should build some "tribute" models and offer them for the low, low, price of only $199,999.00 (taxes not included).   :lmao:

Yeah but Barnie special addition and Carroll Shelby 'Black Hornet' sort of don't have the same ring to them. So for your $65,000 cost you might get $59,999 for them.  :bolt: :lmao: :lmao:
