RHD Throttle linkage

Hi,
Does anyone happen to have any pictures of how their RHD throttle linkage has been done? I started pulling mine apart and thought there must be a better way. It runs very close to the steering column and rag joint and must be very close to the brake booster (I didn't take much notice when I removed it). Is this the way it's done?

I used a cable from Lokar and modified the original pedal

When I did my 70 I used an XB falcon cable set up .  Must better and safer than the original set up .

Ours also has a cable. This time from an XA.

Cable is the only way to go, I had an engine mount let go on my 65 causing the linkage to stay on full throttle for a brief moment.....

So it sounds like an early Falcon pedal and cable is the go.  I don't suppose it's a direct bolt in is it?  Does anyone have any pics of how the cable is routed through the firewall?  Thanks for the info.

Had a quick look in the dark but with the brake booster under the bonnet and the air vent inside, can't get a decent photo. Will try tomorrow in daylight but not confident.

Unfortunately, daylight did not help, can't get the phone at the right angle to get a decent photo.

I just modified the Mustang pedal, cut/weld bend.
