Some poor sucker
« on: October 23, 2018, 11:31:45 pm »
Some poor sucker who knows nothing about cars is going to buy this car and then double the price in actually getting it to something worth the asking price.
How's the interior? Pedal pads? Nah you don't need them.
Everything about this car screams stay away.

"no show car more a weekend driver" ha ha....lol, need I say more

Bit like the old saying "If you put lipstick on a pig is it still a pig?"

Just out of curiosity , what would be a reasonable dollar figure on this half finished car ?

56 F100 Deluxe custom cab. Major frame off resto. 347w , AOD , Custom 9inch , 3.7 powertrax , IFS , Parallel 4 link rear. Airbags , Low enough to kill ants. Still in progress.

Probably no more than half of what it is advertised for.  Seriously though, who in their right mind would pay that sort of money for a half baked "Eleanor"?

I'd be very worried about what's hiding under that fresh paint.

No rust, just plenty of bog in the sills and guards to make that poor body kit even remotely line up.
But most Eleanor's are just made of 67-68 that are not that good normally. case in point.

Half baked at best. Haven't even bothered to do the more time consuming things like the remote gas cap and the shelby tail lights. Even the exhaust tips are crap.
Antenna hole? nah, just leave it open.
I'd love to see a pic of the engine bay, see what 100k gets me :)

You can buy one from a mate of mine that is a factory GT big block 4 speed, very high quality E car, came 2nd at Brisbane Hotrod show a couple of years ago for about that money. It has a TKO box now and you can unbolt most of the body kit. I built the 390 for it.

It's just another sad example of how drugs can adversely affect ones ability to think rationally.

Yokohama 352s have not been sold in this country for nearly 10 years unless they where old stock.
