Tony, this might be all in hand but I assume others who have followed the instructions and registered with the organisers of this event are getting the same emails I am from them. I suggest we need to get organised to roll up as a group.
The organisers are stressing the need to get there early so I suggest we meet at the park just up the road as we have in the past. I suggest we get there 7:30-7.45 with a view to rolling up to the venue by 8:00.
The meeting place is just called Beaumaris Reserve and is on the Eastern side of Reserve Road between Cloris Ave. and Victor St. The entrance is just South of the Beaumaris Library on Reserve Rd.
