My car has finally arrived in Melbourne after 6 mths of hassle.
Still hasn't cleared customs yet but hopefully that process won't take to long.(not holding my breath though)

But due to being to busy at work Im not sure if I can pick the car up and drive it back to Sydney...... so
Anyone know who can get my Fastback from Melb to Syd.
Would prefer covered.
Not sure of the cost involved so any advise would be appreciated.

Best available would probably be Alan's Car carrying. They do a lot of the concours carrying around the country.
From memory cost is around $700.Could be cheaper as a backload if you can wait a week or two .All their trucks are fully enclosed.
They usually have an add in the Just Cars and Unique mags


 
Can be a bit of a drama to drive it up here.You have to get a roadworthy certificate and permits from both Vic. and NSW

I was aware that I had to get a bridging visa from Vic but didn't realise I also need one from NSW.
May be it will just be easier to get her sent here.... she has only done 50 miles since a total resto incl motor so I would have to take it easy anyway.

Although I was looking forward to getting to know her on the way up.
