SMASH REPAIRS MELBOURNE SOUTH EAST

As a result of a clown in a Commodore ute earlier today I need recommendations for smash repair in Melbourne's eastern or southern suburbs.

The damage isn't bad, I guess you'd call it a deep scrape really, but obviously I want it done properly ideally by someone who knows their way around these old cars.

It'll be an insurance job. My insurer Ryno gives me choice of repairer and I'll leave it to them to deal with the culprit's insurer.

Any recommendations?

Geoff, I'm hoping to have my car back from a body shop soon so if you can wait a bit I might be able to give a recommendation.  Otherwise there's a place in Carrum that I've heard good things about but had no personal experience beyond an initial conversation.

StyleRod Panels in Croydon I have heard good things about. But they did not cover the seats on my mates Thunderbird and he spent hours cleaning them up - need a word in their ear.

But the end result was excellent.
