Best Touch Up Paint?

Can anyone recommend the best touch up paint for Race Red and factory black GT wheels?

Yes, used it on a couple to fix chips on a couple of mates (non-metallic) cars and was happy with the results.

Toothpicks are also good for filling small stonechips with touch up paints, just take your time and do multiple times to build the paint up.

I have: the smearing/filling process doesn't work anywhere near as well as it shows on their videos and one paint colour I ordered was way off...

If you only have small chips/scratches, I've found the system these guys sell to be really good and their colour matching has been spot on so far:
