Today I missed a call on my mobile from (03) 8558 1446. I returned the call to get a recorded message. It informs you that you've automatically won a prize of $40 to $10,000 from 'DC MARKETING'. In order to collect your price you need to get your winners code from 190229481, The land line is cost of a local call, the 190229481 is a $2.00 a minute plus call.
These scams were on ACA recently, they put you on call for ages will you get riped. Do not call either of the above mentioned numbers.
They target mobiles due to the higher return call cost.
