Thanks Guys,

Does anyone know how to upload so the shots come up on screen?

To Frank I am from Northcote near the Fairfield boathouse. Am thinking of going down with the car to Easter Nats.

Hi Pumped.

To put an image in the text , you need to have the image on a web host I believe. Then you hit the button just above the typing area 7th from the left and it will prompt you for the address.

Unfortunately with the abyssmal traffic in Melb these days you are not too close, but it would be cool to catch up one day.

I was thinking of going to the EasterNats also, but last year it was really boring. The show'n'shine was about 2 cars.

Cheers,
Frank.

Thanks Frank,

ended up going. Wasn't too bad although the car cooked itself as we arrived. Springy rd was bumper to bumper for about 30 mins. Looks like I will need to invest in twin thermo fans.

Pumped, I also went and had a look at the Easternats (from through the fence at the end of the main strait).
Some real idiots had over exerted their driving talents on the track cruise. We saw several cars come off the track with rear wheel arch damage and/or panel damage. Some of these losers cannot handle any sort of performance cars. Quite a few looked very , very embarrassed.
Did your car boil or did you top it up at home before travelling to Sandown only to have it "spit" some excess radiator fluid?
Mustangs are well known to only need about 3/4 of the top radiator tank full when cold!        Johnno.

Hi Johnno,

My car seemed to heat up pretty badly. Ended up stopping and leaving it on Princes hwy and walking in to the show. It wasn't even accelerating smoothly just before we stopped it was that hot. When I popped the hood and tapped the cap it exploded. Seemed fine on the way home though. At the show people recommended some company in Preston called Aussie Desert Duelers. Evidently they specialise in radiators and thermos for high performance motors.

Have to agree re some of the people inside. They really seemed more about destruction than actually resepecting their cars. The burn out section resembled the sort of energy I figure you would have felt at bull fights.

Hey Pony Time. Think I remember although she was starting to heat up about then and I was getting a bit stressed. Springy road was terrible given it was a holiday. Thanks for the compliments on the car though.
