Saturday Night at the Drive Inn 19th November

Saturday 19th November  -  Old Time Street Rod Club Drive In Night
Blacktown Drive-Inn, Cricketers Arms Rd, Blacktown. Gates open at 5.30pm, normal movie prices apply for entry. Trophies for Top Rod and American Classic, Prize for best Pin-up Girl, Live band! Should be a great night! This, as always has been a well-supported event by our Club. For those of you would like to park in a Club group, we will be meeting at 4.45pm in the Mcdonalds Carpark at the Blacktown Workers Club on Resevoir Rd Blacktown and departing at 5.15pm.  So come along, for what is always a fun night out at the Drive Inn!

Didn't make it to the meeting point so went straight there. Traffic as usual on these big club nights. Huge crowd and some great cars, the food was actually ok for fast food but they got snowed under. The establishment couldn't handle the pressure.  :banghead:
The movie Arrival, so so I go lost in the first half hour.
Got to see some lightning and copped some rain too.

Yeah, we bailed once the storm hit. Followed a couple of buckets out the gate, poor buggers got swamped 

Once again ,it is all about the gathering, not so much the movie!
