well liner 1965 convertable

Can any one tell me if possible, is there such thing as a well liner installation manual, instructions etc for early mustangs?
I have searched high and low but with no luck.
I am lead to beleive that it is a very easy task, but when I open the package and saw 2 peices for my 65, things became a little confusing.
Also re seat belts in Victoria, what are the standards with rta, I have called and get different answers each time. greatly appreciated.
Regards Robert

Hi Robert.

I would refer to the standards published on the VicRoads website :

http://www.vicroads.vic.gov.au/NR/rdonlyres/B3F9BDB7-551F-4C21-BA5A-119CA9719174/0/VSI21.pdf

For my 70 Fastback I needed retractable 3 point belts in the front and in the rear the original lap belts were fine.

Cheers,
Frank.
