That is without a shadow of a doubt the hardest photo to see - even when downloaded it's still too small....

Ah - like a '67 T-Bird but without the steel elbow on the front for the hose to the valve cover... Here's one like the version pictured:

Thats the one!
48 state open emission cleaner for 67 T-bird, Mustang and Cougar.
T-bird has painted lid, others are chrome
