Hi
sent my conv for a tune only to find out it has snapped a crank so i am looking for a good running 289/302/347 prefer with auto box, if possible  but not essential ....what have you got for me ? i am in newcastle so happy to drive a few hundred miles to pick up. 0417047881

Probably no use to you as I'm in Melbourne but I have a running 289 and C4 taking up space.

The engine is a basic C code complete from Autolite 2100 to sump and fan to flexplate, completely original apart from a Pertronix kit in the distributor and some aluminium rocker covers. It's tired with an unknown number of miles on it but never let me down in the two years I drove it around.

The trans is in very good nick, was serviced less than 500 miles before being removed from the car. Complete from converter to yoke.

Both are full of oil and I turn them over by hand every couple of weeks.

You could have a word to Phil Wickham, at Kitchener. He may have or be ablr to source something for you. Hhe is my go to guy for Mmustang stuff.

My 347 is apart at the moment will be up for sale soon after I finish building my new motor has all the good gear scat crank & rods, AFR heads, ported vic jnr, SRP Pistons, hyd roller motor etc only done 4000ks will be reservicing the heads and putting back together can also supply matching dominator converter. Very stout motor if your after some Hp

I was looking through just cars mag last week, Engine Master Australia in albury had a new 347 long engine 330hp for about $6600 + delivery, I think it was their last one special price.
