Help a young stroke/tumor victim

Help.

I have a young friend (neighbours only son), who I would like to do something special for.

Long Story short: Simon was adopted as a baby by Fred & Mary. At the time it was not known that Simon had learning difficulties. Despite being given the option to "return" Simon they chose not to and have raised him to a fine young man. In the past year Simon has suffered a life threatning stroke and he has a tumor at the base of the brain. For a time there it was not known if he would live. Recently he has been moved to the Shenton Park Rehab Home where he is undergoing extensive rehab. It is still not known what type of life quality he will have.

I would like to see about arranging for Simon a ride in a Mustang, mine is currently not an option. Having said that it may not be possible due to his condition.

Preferably it would be at a time when Fred & Mary were in Perth.

I am also going to buy Simon a membership to the club.

Could you please advise if you are able / want to help.

Many Thanks in Advance

Shawn

e-mailing details to all WA members soon re Falcon GT Club\MOCWA charity cruise for Canteen.  - Shawn this would be an excellent time for Simon to get on board if possible, there will be around 40-50 Falcons and Mustangs involved!

Dont buy a lotto ticket because the way your lucks going it would be a waste of money.

Guys,

Thank you for your responses.

I have been given some bad news.

Simon has been given less than a month to live ;]

He has no control over his body. The tumor has basically strangled his spinal cord and he is bed ridden.

He will be back in Kal on Tuesday, to spend his last few weeks with family and friends.

Once again thankyou.

Shawn
