Glenn 70s Challenge for Me, Eds 70 and Shelbymustro
« on: September 03, 2015, 08:22:27 pm »
There is a GCMCA test and tune coming up and he has put up a challenge  for the above mentioned people stating that he will be at least 1/2 a second and  5 Mph quicker than the rest of us.
Apparently the most purplest car will also get a trophy provided by Glenn.
Good fun coming up.

You didn't know, that's funny you were the one who insisted on me posting up the challenge after having dinner at my house last night and then you were handed my tablet so you could read my post.
Now if you deny that you are an absolute liar.
(The wording in the post may not have been what you were expecting but it was definitely a challenge you put out to Ryan, Eddie and Myself)

No excuses now as you have been saying for years now the bull sh!t stops when the flag drops.
I will get you a walking frame to go with your 3.0 centre your putting in your car after the test and tune. :ouch:

I won't  say much but after tonight I  know how much of a difference they make, let's  just say  it will be extremely  close  between  Glenn, myself and Eddy but Ryan will be left eating our dust.
In other words  get your  A$$ into gear  Ryan and spend a few dollars  and fix your suspension and make the bl@@dy thing safe.

Ha how am I involved in this!!! It's safe tucked away in my garage doing nothing with my other mustangs

Just no time to pull it out to work on it since the last run. Got the early spindles for it just looking at what brakes to buy for it now. Thinking willwood

If you have working brakes, leave them alone or you are asking for trouble.
Just have a look at how many brake issue threads there are or even  ask Shaun and he will tell you how many he deals  with.

Can't avoid it to fix my problem xy brakes won't fit in early 65 mustang they need to be changed to fix my bump steer

Ryan we need to jack up the front of your car and check it out  ,bump steer  is one thing but shaking to death over 80 mph /130 kph is another thing . The drag strip is smooth and straight  . Bump steer is more of a problem over bumps ,but your car might be lifting high in the front and causing it . If your happy with the front brakes that are on it just get the arms bent by John green .  Fitting mustang spindles  is great but then you have to Change your brakes . Rodney and I will come over and check it out for you ,wont we Rodney .

As to the challenge ,its only four mates with mustangs , and total street driven  cars that go alright,  so our times are nothing special or great . Except for Ryan , we are track proven  with times from,  11.9 to 12.1  sort of thing ,not super quick . Rodney will be the one to beat .
