My rocker covers are a bit oxidised, what is a good cut and polish I can use that is suitable for using a buff?

Ech..  For Alloy polishing, try Autosol or a cream like that..

Ech..  or it might be worth taking to a metal polisher and have it done professionally for that magic look.....
