I searched the forums but did not find a conclusive answer to the following:
If I want to lower the front of my '69 Mach 1 351W by about an inch without making any other mods to the suspension, which King springs do I need: KFFL-0 or KFFL-01?
I believe the '0's are lower than the '01's, but which will give me the drop I'm after?
Oh and any advice on the cheapest place in Melb to pick them up would be appreciated!

i dint know the answer to that but keep in mind the spring rate so you get the ride/handling you want.

Good advice - a lot of people on here recommend the Kings so I'm hoping if I stick with them and only drop by an inch it won't stuff up the ride too much. As it is now the front of the car sits a bit higher than the back and me no like!

ok but heres a possible prob . . your car may have aftermarket heavy duty springs that you can cut to get the correct height . . also, unless they are stock, you dont know what spring rate to buy that will be the same.
the stock springs were around 290 lbs.
medium stiff springs are 480 . . stiff strings are 440 and up.

Just call Kings, they will tell you, I normally use KFFL0 they are an XF falcon spring, 01 is is a Cleveland falcon spring. ND69 has recently put a set of 0's in his 69 he happy with it. I run the 01's in big block cars.
