No good, cheap and fast way to get anything heavy/bulky shipped from the US that I've ever found.  Would love to find out if there is such a unicorn out there somewhere...

Least expensive fast-ish method I've used is ShipPorter (forum sponsor - details at right ->)

Have you thought about air freight ? or snail mail, all you need are dimensions and weight..
It is far easier to beg forgiveness than to ask permission

Late last year and early this year I shipped out two sets of NOS Boss heads.

They cost me a fortune in shipping, nearly $800 for one set. But I wanted them and the seller would only use USPS. It was a PITA but I wanted the heads and got them cheap.

At least you can choose who and how to ship!
