Hey fellas, thought I would post my baby that arrived from sunny California, looking forward to getting on Sydney roads within the next 2 weeks and meeting you guys on cruises etc. Restored in Cali.

Sweet looking ride,I myself would lose the ortac heater hoses to tidy up the engine bay.Only my opinion,still a sweet looking car.WELCOME.

Yeah I was thinking they look pretty ugly but I'll get it on the road and the may even consider a complete motor and tran change

You can improve the external appearance easily and cheaply by buying some black anodised square aluminium tube and 2 plastic end caps and bolting a piece to the original front number plate mounting point and then mounting your plate to it. That way you'll have a nice straight plate if you want to. I did it with mine.

I placed mine over the US plates; you can see 'COLORADO' above the NSW plate.
