Hi all,
I'm going to be up in Brisbane over the Queen's Birthday long weekend (Saturday 6th, Sunday 7th and possibly Monday 8th of June) for some photoshoots and thought I'd offer some spots for MOCA members.

The cost is either $180 for a full shoot (15-20 photos of your car) or $90 for a short shoot (5-8 photos). I will be able to do exterior, interior, engine bay and some details (headlights, badges, wheels etc) as well.

Here are some photos from the Wollongong shoot I did last year.

Oops - the cars were almost the same colour that night, I selected the one after your car.

Can I get a spot if I'm not a MOCA member?  :bolt:

Any idea of what day/time (as fate would have it, got a huge work thing then concert afterward (unrelated) on 6/6th)

Thanks in advance,
Aaron.

I think you have picked the wrong weekend for this as Cooly Rock's On and the Downunder Beach Fest are both on over this weekend. I know Cooly is normally huge and if I had not already booked in I would have gone to the Beach Fest instead as it actually sounds like more fun and I think will get bigger than Cooly.

Hi Aaron,
Open to anyone.
A full shoot takes about an hour and a half, and a short shoot can be done in about half an hour. It's done at night, so I guess we'd aim to start the first car at about 6pm.

Guys, I highly recommend Clarence, you don't have to be a club member, but you should be a mustang owner , seriously though, regardless of what car you want photographed, you will be impressed by his quality.

Cheers
Keith

Of course I want my 67 mustang photographed. Have a Birds of Tokyo concert on Saturday 6th tho....

And I'm putting the mussie in to get the transmission fixed Tuesday, so may not even have it back by 6yh....

But still interested

Aaron.

I think Bob Grant Automatics will have my transmission back together this week, so I should be there - let you know by tomorrow.

Do you have locations/times roughed out yet?

Great to hear!!

At this stage I think I'll be using the spot under the Gateway Bridge.
These photos are from the last time I was there in 2013.

Cool - middle of Brisbane is probably best for everyone (I'll be coming from Redcliffe - 35K's or so north of the bridge)

I need a fairly dark location to do the style of photography I do - you'll see what I mean when you come along - trust me ;)

Thinking of coming up. Is it 6pm under the Gateway (south side)?
