apparently the car was originally a green colour, but the dealer couldnt sell it, so they sent it back to shelby and it was resprayed the current colour. in fact, the car is supposedly a "survivor" hasnt been restored. not a grade 1 car, but very nice still, no visible defects, just the usual aging and wear.
the car has factory power steering, but no air con. the owner is selling a few cars from his collection as he is upgrading to more exotic cars to fill his collection.
the gt 500 was brought in around 2012, it has had 4 owners.
what do u feel would be the ballpark price?

The owner is well known in racing and yes, he has a number of good quality vehicles in his garage.

I am sure the owner would be only too pleased to chat with a genuine buyer and would be quite open in providing details of historical value attached to the car.

Unless you already have, the website shows the car under offer already.

Price is definitely in the ballpark. Here's another one for sale - I've just got my lotto ticket for this '67 Shelby GT500.  :thumb:
